Weddings
Waves is available for wedding receptions and celebrations. Unfortunately, civil ceremonies at Waves are not possible for legal reasons. For more information on the legal issues of marriages in Guernsey, please visit the links page. The versatility and location on Guernsey’s rugged West coast provides a spectacular venue for your most important of days, while its chic, clean interior is a blank canvass for you to create exactly the look you want.
Exclusive hire of both our banqueting rooms offers the complete venue for your special day. If you need somewhere to stay on your wedding night, or would like a base for your family and friends during the day, we have nine luxurious apartment suites, which would accommodate a total of 58 guests.
Whatever the size of your wedding, whether you are planning a candlelit dinner for 60 or a banquet for 180, we are happy to share with you all our ideas and contacts and do all we can to ensure you have the most magical day.

The Wedding Feast
Food
Good food and drink is an essential part of all weddings. With this in mind, we offer you the choice of who caters for your unique day. We have contacts for top caterers in the area who all provide fantastic service and delicious food tailored to suit your taste and budget. Working from our professional catering kitchen, they will look after your drinks reception, wedding feast and evening buffet.

Drink
You are welcome to bring all your own wines for your drinks reception and wedding feast – we do not charge corkage. If it is delivered a day or two in advance we will ensure it is properly chilled.
Bar service can usually be provided by the caterers.
